Return & Exchange Policy

At Rajasthan Fancy Gift & Toys, all products are carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch to ensure they reach our customers in good condition. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, except in cases where an exchange is specifically approved by our team under the conditions mentioned below.

2. Product Inspection & Packaging

Every item is checked before dispatch and packed carefully to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We take the necessary precautions to ensure that products are shipped in good condition.

3. Damage During Transit

We are not responsible for any damage caused during transportation or delivery. No exchange or replacement will be provided for items damaged during transit.

4. Exchange Request Timeline

If you believe your order is eligible for an exchange, you must contact us through WhatsApp within 24 hours (one day) of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Contacting us within 24 hours does not guarantee approval of an exchange. All requests are subject to our team's review and approval.

5. Exchange Approval & Inspection

If an exchange request is accepted for review, our team will inspect the returned product to verify its condition and eligibility. The exchange will be processed only after the product passes our inspection and receives final approval from our team.

We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the product does not meet our eligibility requirements.

6. Shipping Charges for Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, the customer must bear both return shipping charges and forward shipping charges. These charges must be paid by the customer.

7. No Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and payment is completed, the payment is non-refundable. Approved exchanges will be handled strictly according to this policy.

8. Customer Agreement

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Return & Exchange Policy.

For exchange-related queries, please contact our team through WhatsApp within the specified time limit.
